The HR Manager is not just a people manager distributing tasks, managing time and setting priorities. The HR Manager is usually the expert in the dedicated area of Human Resources and acts as a couch and mentor to the employees from Human Resources.

Human Resources Department is small, and the HR Manager cannot just focus on distributing the tasks. The HR Manager has to be focused on the outcomes of the department and has to check the consistency of the HR Processes across Human Resources.

The management of Human Resources needs a intelligent person, who can re-arrange the priorities in minutes, but the person does not lose the goal.
