The implementation of the strategy is not just nice, it has also difficult initiatives and the support of the senior management is always important.

Building the modern and effective HR function is not easy, but HR Strategy gives a necessary foundation to the development of the functions and set the priorities of the individual HR initiatives and the necessary outcomes to connect the HR Processes into the complex HR solutions, which will help to the line management to manage and develop the human capital of the organization.
